General Information

The Florida Tax Institute will take place at the Tampa Marriott Waterside, Tampa, Florida.

This annual institute has been organized by graduates and professors of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, home of one of the top tax law programs in the United States. Members of the Steering Committee include:

The Institute will be held at the Tampa Marriott Waterside, nine miles from the Tampa International Airport. Enjoy easy access to the city's most exciting attractions, including Amalie Arena, the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, the Florida Aquarium, and the Port of Tampa. Hotel reservations are now being accepted online.

Registration Fees and Discounts

Registration is available for the full conference, a single day or any two days, and includes conference breakfast(s), luncheon(s), reception, educational sessions and presentation materials.

  • $895 - Full Conference
  • $400 - Any Single Day
  • $650 - Any Two Days

A 50% discount is available to full time professors.

A $50 late fee will be applied to those who register on or after February 1, 2018.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be granted if a cancellation is received in writing on or before January 1, 2018. Cancellations received after January 1, 2018 are subject to a $75 cancellation penalty. No refunds will be offered after February 9, 2018.
